Examine the map and if this is the case, break that route and edit it so that there is only a single dedicated route between your port or harbour and that outside connection. Could be the connection under the menu or under the tooltip that is a bit too sharp. I tested the asset to see if it had a connection issue in it, but it was fine.

It's very easy to go either to high or to low and even see you are not connected. So check your entire line if it's connected. Especially when you are using Anarchy it's very easy to skip a part. I tested the asset to … WebThere's one or more water routes into your city - these are the green dotted line overlay on the map. Your cargo harbor needs to be able to connect to that route via connected waterways. Even if the waterways seem to connect, you can still not be able to build it if they're broken by shallow water, thin rivers, or hydroelectric dams.
