From what I heard, the professor teaching CSE167 is good. I haven't seen a lot of information about what CSE167 is about, but I'm also wondering the same thing. I've also heard a lot of good things about CSE138 Distributed Systems. I'd recommend taking CSE138 since almost every CS student recommends taking it.
