If for speed, go straight to 0.4 or 0.5mm layer! And few advices: I use more retraction with bigger nozzle, but also print much slower (about 30-40mm/sec max with 0.5mm layer height -> your cartridge needs to melt all this plastic now! You can even think or stopping the fan for the heatsink if needed.
