WebJul 6, 2015 · "I Put a Spell on You" Bug...Curtis never leaves the tower. So I walked up to the tower, I was confronted by Curtis. I successfully used 50 speech or whatever and told him I had insomnia. According to the guide I found, he's supposed to walk back into the building and you have to wait until the next day. WebI was trying to complete the I Put a Spell On You bug but Curtis never goes into the tower like he is supposed to. I've tried loading previous saves, using console commands, and restarting the quest but to no avail. Does anybody have any solutions? This thread is archived. WebI am trying to complete the quest "I put a spell on you". I found Ronald Curtis in front of the control tower and started the dialogue with him. I tried the 50 speech option where you tell him that you couldn't sleep. The problem now is that I cannot progress or get any other dialogue from him. WebOct 19, 2010 · This person is identified in a later mission with The Legion. OR you can walk up and expose yourself to find out who it is. This person turns hostile and you MUST kill this person. From there you should proceed to disarm the bomb THEN see Col. Hsu. I made the mistake of going to him first and barely missed the tram before it exploded.
