Thinkpad t480 battery 1 not charging

WebInternal is working fine but the replacement external according to Lenovo Vantage error message was no longer taking a charge after a couple weeks and said no activity in the battery monitor so I bought another replacement which also went bat after a while, same issue.. So am I just unlucky or is it the actual T480 killing off the battery? WebI cant seem to find a download on the T480 driver page. The problem i am facing is, that my internal battery (Battery 1 in Windows 10) stays at 0%. I have tried everything and i cant get it to work/charge. Lenovo Vantage shows me that it has got 239 cycles and only 1.37Wh real capacity of 24Wh left.
